• A warm welcome to the Trust’s new Environment Trustee

The Lichfield & Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust has welcomed Hannah Phillips to its Board as Environment Trustee (Designate).

Hannah will work alongside the Board over the coming year before being formally appointed as a Trustee at the Trust’s Annual General Meeting in June 2027. She brings a strong, well-rounded background in environmental management, safety leadership and community engagement.

It’s a welcome step for a charity that puts the natural environment at the heart of its work — protecting the wildlife and habitats along the canal as it’s carefully restored. We wish Hannah all the best in the role.
